It's an incredibly exciting time to work for Progress Housing Group.  We have ambitious plans to develop more than 1000 new homes over the next five years and in order to deliver this programme we are looking to recruit to Head of Property Sales. The post-holder will report directly to the Director of Development. The role will be integral in delivering the Group’s growth ambitions.

This is a new role which will lead the Group's shared ownership and outright sales programmes.  We are looking for someone who is a confident and capable leader who is able to inspire people and has a real commitment to deliver great customer service. With excellent skills in relationship management and service delivery you will also have a strong public persona and are able to communicate with everyone from customers to contractors and challenge them where necessary. We are looking for someone with private sector housing sales experience for this role.
