Our client is currently looking to employ an experienced and ambitious Accounts Senior who will ideally be part or fully qualified ACA/ACCA, or qualified by experience.
Duties will include:
- Preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Prepare basic tax computations
- Communicating with clients
- Supervision of more junior staff
Candidates must have:
- a minimum 5 year???s experience of working in an accountancy practice, dealing with clients??? accounting and taxation work
- Experience of using accounts production software
- Strong IT skills. Experience with popular accounting packages, including Sage, Xero, Quickbooks etc
- Some audit experience preferred, but not essential
The role is full time, but applicants seeking part time or term time work or other flexible working arrangements will be considered
