MI Analyst / Data Analyst
MI Analyst / Data Analyst is required by an industry leader in the provision of medical and vocational rehabilitation based in Bristol. This is a great chance to secure a role working for an award winning independent risk management provider that offers brilliant career progression and excellent visibility to the wider business.
Any MI Analyst / Data Analyst wishing to apply will need to have previously performed a MI Analyst role, providing insights into customer behaviour to improve overall customer service. You will need to have the ability to turn information into meaningful content and to develop an understanding of customer behaviour.
The successful MI Analyst / Data Analyst will collaboratively work with the Project/BA Coordinator and with other managers / heads to review performance trends and understand reporting requirements. You will need to be confident in working autonomously and liaising with a variety of people within the organisation such as Finance and Operations to streamline business support processes.
The candidate
- Highly skilled in the use Microsoft Excel (LOOKUP, IFS, COUNTIFS)
- Excellent working knowledge of SQL (SSRS & SSIS 2016)
- T/SQL used within a Reporting context , particular emphasis on the use of multi table JOIN, Sub Queries and Primary Keys and Indexes
- Understanding of data warehousing techniques
- Extraction, manipulation and analysis of data from core operating systems
- The ability to conduct extensive analysis of the data and generate reports for
- a variety of stakeholders (internal and external) according to the current MI schedule
Desirable skills:
- Strong documentation skills - particularly where generating and interpreting business models and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Solid organisation skills with multitasking
- Flexible, reactive, "Can do" attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
The client is offering a salary of GBP28k - GBP30k per annum (dependent upon experience) + excellent benefits (pension scheme, healthcare)
