The company is currently seeking an experienced and focused individual to assist the company in creating and maintaining a Customer Service Department. This role will be based within the Accounts Department assisting Credit Control in successfully achieving efficient collection of monies owed. This challenging new position will require a methodical, logical and customer oriented individual who can keep a calm head under difficult and demanding situations. 

The role will involve:

  • Being the first point of contact for all customers.
  • Collating document both internally and externally so as to best provide a full picture of a particular query and make informed decisions as to best most cost effective solution.
  • Identify issues / failures which impact customers and suppliers.
  • Provide customer solutions.
  • Question internal processes if you feel


Make suggestions about how best to match customer demands.

  • Raise query via “in house” Excel based database to a high level of accuracy.
  • Understand and proactively strive to maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Report internally and externally daily, weekly and monthly findings and react with best practice accordingly.
  • High level of customer satisfaction a must.
