Junior Administrator

This is an opportunity to join what is fast becoming one of the leading scaffolding companies within the industry offering solutions to complex projects in London.

They are currently looking for an Office Junior to join their existing team, supporting the busy day-to-day workload. Their busy office in Chelmsford, Essex relies heavily on their team of staff to ensure a smooth running operation.

Duties will include:
- General administration - data entry, filing, updating systems, preparing letters etc., for various departments;
- Customer Service - Answering calls, often from clients and assisting where necessary;
- Management of orders and deliveries;
- Administrative support throughout the office;
- Preparing daily post;
- Full in-house training will be given on their specific systems and procedures.

The role would be suitable for a candidate with some office admin experience or someone looking to grow their skills in administration.

The role will be working 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and will be a permanent position.

The successful candidate should:
- Be highly organised and have the ability to adapt between different aspects of the role depending on the daily and weekly demands of the business;
- Have a positive and hardworking attitude - friendly, upbeat and motivated;
- Have attention to detail;
- Be a team player - liaising regularly with the Site staff, management and other colleagues;
- Have strong computer skills and knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Have strong numeracy and literacy skills;

Salary will depend on age and experience and meets the National Living Wage and Minimum Wage requirements.

Due to the location, the successful candidate will need to ensure that they can get to the office on time via public transport or have their own vehicle and license.
