Conference Producer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conference Producer to join Applied Market Information based in Bristol.

Applied Market Information is seeking an experienced conference producer to research and compile programmes for a selection of its conferences for the international plastics industry.

Candidates should have:

• A strong track record of generating successful B2B conference programmes and securing high-level speakers. 
• It would be an advantage to have experience of working on events in a related market – e.g. manufacturing, chemicals, oil & gas, materials, science, engineering, product design, automotive, medical or packaging.

The successful candidate will be based in our central Bristol offices and will be part of our growing team of producers working alongside our experienced conference organisers who handle event logistics. They will also receive support and guidance from our knowledgeable team of market consultants and magazine editors.

The full-time role will involve some overseas travel.

AMI is a leading organiser of plastics industry conferences, running 60 events per year in Europe, America, Asia and the Middle East. It also provides consultancy services, produces market reports and directories, and publishes a range of focused digital magazines that are distributed globally.

Formed in 1986, the company operates offices in the UK and the USA. It is currently growing its portfolio of international events and the new conference producer will play a key role in this expansion.
