Opportunities have arisen for Marquee Erectors to join a successful marquee business in the North West. Based in Northwich, Cheshire and the North West, the successful Marquee Erectors will join the company’s vibrant and busy site teams, erecting and dismantling marquee structures and equipment throughout the North West to earn an hourly rate starting at £8.00, depending on age, driving licence and experience.

With over 25 years of experience, the company works with both the general public for private weddings and parties, and corporate clients for events and shows. As a member of the team, you will work within a small team travelling to various sites, ranging from housing estates, to country manors and even on occasion royalty! The successful Marquee Erector’s main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Reporting into the forman/business owner, your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Erecting and Dismantling marquees
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Cleaning and preparing equipment for use
  • Driving Commercial Vehicles (Where applicable)
To be considered for this position you don’t need to have had experience, however you must have the following key skills and attributes: 
  • Punctuality and Reliability are paramount
  • Ability to carry out this labour intensive work
  • Willingness to listen and learn
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactive team player
  • A high level of flexibility in working hours
  • Driving licence is preferable but not essential
 All successful applicants will be required to complete some online training courses and staff induction.
