As a skilled provider of accounting, tax and business advice services, our client is an Accountancy Age Top 100 UK accounting practice that’s experiencing significant growth. As such, they’re now looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Banbury.

Within a relaxed and professional environment, you’ll be provided with significant training and support from the Marketing Team, as well as other Administrators and PAs within the business, making this a superb role in which to grow and learn new skills. 

The Role 

As an Office Administrator, you will be tasked with providing administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager. 

You’ll have the chance to get stuck in to a variety of marketing support activities, including: 

- Updating the company website 
- Editing marketing communications 
- Assisting with the company’s social media accounts 
- Helping to create company newsletters 
- Learning how to create email marketing campaigns and reporting on their performance 
- Inputting and maintaining data on our client’s database 

About You 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 

- Previous experience gained within an office environment, ideally including administration experience 
- At a minimum, A-Levels (or equivalent) 
- Excellent communication skills 

While not essential, if you have any previous marketing experience or an interest in marketing, that would be an extra bonus. 

Other job titles you may have held could include Administrator, Admin Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist, PA, Personal Assistant, Secretary or Office Clerk. 

Our client is also interested in hearing from you if you have held the position of Marketing Assistant, Junior Marketing Executive, Marketing Administrator or Sales & Marketing Assistant.
