We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Manager to join our team based at Southwark.

Joining us as a Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for the repairs, maintenance and where needed, the voids areas of the contract. You will be required to work closely with Supervisors and other Managers to ensure the contract requirements are exceeded and will manage the responsive areas of the contract, including budget and cost control, client liaison.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you hold City & Guilds Building related qualifications (minimum) coupled with experience of repairs and maintenance management in the Social Housing sector.  With experience of developing staff, you will have current knowledge of H&S Regulations with the sector and experience of working to QA standards.
