They are a desirable destination eatery for locals, people from surrounding towns and villages, and tourists. They are a busy, fast paced restaurant with an excellent reputation for their food and service.

The role
They are seeking a well organised, well presented, hands on, happy, and professional restaurant manager to join their team. Assisting the owners in the day to day operation of the restaurant, responsibilities will include:

- managing and motivating your team
- ensuring high standards of service are maintained
- creating a positive working environment to encourage the whole team to achieve excellence
- dealing with customer issues professionally and courteously
- ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant is always of a high standard
- ensuring there is clear and effective communication between front of house and kitchen teams
- training of staff
