JOB TITLE: Service Support
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP20k-GBP22k per annum + company vehicle, pension scheme, bonus scheme after 12 months successful service with the company

Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Service Support Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE: Our client is seeking a Service Support Officer to join their team in Northampton. Within the role you will be expected to travel to customer sites, undertaking planned preventative maintenance work as well as occasional repair work on our client's equipment. You will be working with other members of the team on installation, commissioning and training projects, ensuring that you are consistently providing the highest, most professional levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities to include:
• Travelling to customer sites
• Undertaking planned preventative maintenance work
• Occasional repair work
• Working with other members of the team on installation, commissioning and training projects
• Providing highly professional customer service
THE CANDIDATE: To succeed in the Service Support position, you must have a minimum of 1 years' previous experience providing highly professional customer service with experience of carrying out a hands-on role e.g. routine servicing / maintenance work. You must possess a full, clean driving licence, be willing to travel with a flexible approach to your day and be willing to undergo relevant checks as part of your role.
Key experience essential for the role:
• Minimum of 1 years' previous experience providing highly professional customer service
• Experience of carrying out a hands-on role e.g. routine servicing / maintenance work
• Full, clean driving licence
• Willingness to travel with a flexible approach to your day

• Understanding of basic Maths
