This IT specialist is looking to recruit a Managed Print Services Audit Consultant.

Key Tasks

- Perform print audits at potential customer sites in order to identify opportunities to sell Managed Print Services
- Attend current customer sites in order to assess the effectiveness of their current MPS set up with the aim of supporting the redesign of a more efficient and cost effective future design
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current environment and business function of all document output devices at client premises
- Recommend cost effective and streamlined digital solutions to improve efficiencies in print output
- Work closely with the customers considering their business needs and requirements to ensure that maximum productivity is achieved
- Maintain good relationships with their customer base and manufacturers and keep up to date with new products and models launched, to maintain maximum product knowledge
- Promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and friendly working relationship with employees and their customers.
- Support various other project tasks as required by your line manager and company.
- Adhere to appropriate departmental procedures and practices
- Actively take responsibility for your own personal career development in all respects.

Desired Skills & Abilities

Demonstrable experience in the following areas:

- A logical approach to troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of manage print services
- Knowledge of Asset DB would be advantageous but not essential

Ability to work under pressure meeting tight deadlines whilst demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work

Experience working as part of a team with the ability to learn and develop new skills whilst showing that you can prioritise work efficiently and productively and manage your time well.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) including an excellent telephone manner and high customer service skills

Self-motivator, results and quality orientated, good organisational skills, attention to detail, positive helpful attitude

Possess and display business acumen

Full UK driving license required as travel to customer sites will be required

Salary - Excellent salary + use of pool vehicle / travel allowance
