This exciting, youthful and successful company based in Harwell is currently looking for new recruits to join their growing team. They specialize in network security solutions and are an award winning IT solution provider selling in a business-to-business capacity. Aside from selling key security solutions they also sell and advise in other key areas such as virtualization, networking and disaster recovery.

The Role
- This office based sales position is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in sales
- Joining a busy and vibrant sales floor you will discover new business opportunities through a mixture of cold and warm lead follow ups
- Develop and grow existing accounts by introducing new products and services
- Discuss, advise and provide quotations to your clients for project requirements
- Maintain working relationships with suppliers, negotiating costs as required
- Responsible for maintenance of margins to hit GP targets
- Candidates will be expected to attend face to face client meetings when appropriate

About You
- Experience of selling at a corporate level - business-to-business selling preferable
- Background in the field of IT sales/telesales a definite advantage
- Target Driven, ambitious and hungry to earn a substantial salary
- An interest in IT and technology
- A positive and self-motivated approach
- Successful applicants should be within a commutable distance of Harwell; near Didcot

Compensation
- A lucrative basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 pa. (depending on experience)
- Uncapped Commission; between £4,000 - £10,000 1st Year OTE, Year 2 Commission £12,000 - £18,000, Year 3 commission £30,000
- Extensive vendor product & technology training often followed by industry recognised accreditation's
- Private health care
- Holidays are 20 days per year in addition to Christmas (usually 10 days, depending on calendar)
