Afternoon and Twilight Supervisor

We are looking to recruit an experienced individual as Afternoon and Twilight Supervisor, working a 12.30pm to 10.00pm shift, Monday to Friday. The hours may vary as the shift develops.

You will be responsible within your area for ensuring the production plan is achieved through effective use of staff and machinery, whilst maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. We expect you to continually manage, motivate and develop your team. You will need to be able to use your own initiative, be proactive and forward thinking.

Experience of production supervision is essential, experience in the food industry would be desirable and knowledge of bakery and pastry processes would be a definite advantage to the successful candidate. A sound practical mechanical knowledge would also be an advantage.
