Pre-School Leader: Job Description
As the Pre-School Leader you will manage the Deputy Leader(s) and staff to ensure the proper day to day running of the Pre-School. You will lead the Pre-School team to create a happy, stimulating and safe learning environment where children can maximize their physical, intellectual, emotional and social potential through play. You will be responsible for production and implementation of the Pre-School planning, assessments and policies and ensure the children's safety at all times, whilst ensuring the legal and statutory requirements are met.
The Pre-School Leader will be accountable to the Management Committee.
Applicants must have NVQ Level 3; minimum of 2 years experience; working knowledge of EYFS and subject to a DBS Enhanced Disclosure check.
