Implementation Consultant for Property Management / Facilities Management / Asset Management Software - based in Gloucestershire with regular travel to client sites - to GBP40k + car allowance + pension, healthcare and life insurance. This specialist software consultancy is a highly regarded and financially stable software company who develop and sell their own integrated property management / asset management / facilities management and accounting software.
Recent project wins have opened up a new role for an additional Implementation Consultant to work with their integrated property software. This is fully modular, built on Oracle and SQL and encompasses tenants, planning, energy, unit pricing, job costing, investments, document management, fixed assets, income analysis, funds, insurance, maintenance and finance. It is a fully flexible and comprehensive software solution, and ver interesting to work with.
What do they want?
* An Implementation Consultant with full life cycle skills (requirements gathering, specification, documentation, project management, software implementation, data migration, go-live, user training)
* Ideally experienced with the implementation of property management / asset management / business software such as Qube, Propman, Sage Property, Tramps, BlueBox, Manhattan, Rentman, Horizon, WinMan, Yardi, Vebra or similar
* OR experienced with commercial accounting software implementation with solutions such as Coda Dream, Dynamics NAV, Sage 200, Sage 1000, Pegasus Opera, Dynamics GP, Lawson, Access Accounts, Agresso, SAP Business One, Iris Exchequer, Infor SunSystems
* OR other APPLICATIONS Software Implementation that is relevant to their market such as DMS, Estate Agency, ERP, Automotive, Document Management, Asset Management, Facilities Management or similar
* Sound MS Office and any knowledge of MS Project, SQL, Oracle and / or Prince 2 would be useful
* Someone with integrity who is client focused, flexible, hard working, determined, motivated and a good person to work with
* Excellent communication and client facing skills
You will be comfortable with the full project life cycle from gathering requirements, talking to all levels of users, systems implementation, data migration, and client training and should be happy to travel to client sites as required. They are looking for someone who is proactive, takes time to listen to clients' requirements and believes in providing quality software and quality services.
