Assistant Building Surveyor - GBP22,000 - GBP26,000 - Cirencester

My Client has a longstanding reputation within their field and strives to provide innovative real estate solutions. They have 130 years of experience and cover a numerous of sectors from retail to industrial. They are now seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor.
Duties
* Preparation of detailed design for planning, tendering and construction purposes
* Preparation of schedules of work and specification for various residential construction projects
* To deliver a high-quality service to clients
* Project management of construction projects, including extensions
* Will be using AutoCad regularly
* Preparing and issuing tender documents and running competitive tender process
Experience
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
* Ideally consultancy experience
* Must have a RICS accredited degree
* Full Clean driving licence
