Robert Half Technology are working with a highly sought after and progressive company within the energy sector who are looking for a Head of Technology Operations. As an experienced IT Leader, you will be accountable for all aspects of the IT function including Infrastructure, team management, architecture and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage the Operations Team
• Manage all third party engagement
• Infrastructure and Desktop architecture and roadmap

Skills Required

• Experience of having held a similar role in an SME
• Exceptional leader who has the interpersonal skills to direct the team
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and negotiate with third party suppliers
• TOGAF and ITIL expert with specific exposure to:

o Vmware vSphere and SRM or equivalent

o Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp or equivalent

o Microsoft Windows Server or equivalent

o Microsoft Exchange or equivalent

o Microsoft SQL or equivalent

o Oracle or equivalent

o HP Blades and HP 3PAR SAN or equivalent

o Cisco Network Infrastructure or equivalent

o Mitel Telephony or equivalent

o SolarWinds or equivalent

This is a great opportunity for an IT leader to come in and take ownership of their Technology Operations. The salary on offer is GBP80,000 and comes with a benefits package.
