Role Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Chester
Salary: GBP19,000 OTE GBP25,000
Assignment: Permanent,
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 815am-515pm
Working for this successful and progressive company, the Business Development Executive will be based within a motivated, fast-paced team who take pride in their exceptional levels of customer support. The Business Development Executive will be rewarded with 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, a BUPA scheme, pension and free parking. To apply for the Business Development Executive, you must have a proven background in B2B telephone-based customer services and sales, ideally gained within the banking or financial services sector. As Business Development Executive you must possess strong time management skills and the ability to manage deadlines. You must be comfortable in a high pressure, results driven and fast-paced work environment, and have a genuine pride in delivering the highest possible standards of customer service.
Role:
The Business Development Executive will be building business leads by identifying and selling a key product by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call existing or potential new Customers in accordance with agreed business plans. The Business Development Executive will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls to ensure at every opportunity that the information obtained is updated within the core business systems.
Key Responsibilities:

•,Professional manner required at all times especially in external visits or meetings.
•,Create business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the motor industry; researching and analysing sales options.
•,Ability to work in a target driven environment.
•,Key contact for internal/external customers.
•,Attention to detail and accuracy including any data entry work and all the administration tasks as required.
•,Educate customers in relation to processes and products at all times.
•,Ensuring issues are escalated in a timely manner.
