The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen in a busy and proactive FM team, providing strong strategic and Estates management service for a buoyant and expanding company. This role will deliver a diverse range of conceptual strategic FM across MBDA`s UK property portfolio.
The Role
You will be to constantly reviewing holistically the UK portfolio to drive space utilisation, innovation and design multiple and diverse sites. The monetary size of the projects you will work on are typically ranging in value between a GBP30K to GBP5M, including:
- Layouts and Churn (MACs)
- Leading the design of new fit outs.
- Reviewing and contributing to a 5 year plan for accomadation of offices and labs
- Owner of the 'Work place design Guide`
- Some small project delivery.

The successful candidate should have significant experience in a Strategic and Accommodation role and will have a broad understanding of buildings, infrastructure and engineering,
There will be a need for AutoCAD skills and experience of Macs (Moves, Adds and Changes)
