An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Multi Trade Skilled Operative to join us to cover Bridgwater and the surrounding area.
As a multi-skilled Multi Trade Skilled Operative, you will contribute to the provision of a high quality service to customers of Omega Lettings. Your specific responsibility will be to deliver an effective and high quality responsive and planned maintenance service to properties under management.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you are a multi-skilled tradesperson and have experience in plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance. With knowledge of competitive material suppliers, you will be able to understand the operation of machinery and equipment relative to building maintenance.
Good written and communication skills are also important along with the ability to communicate in English.
Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence
