Business Analyst - Swindon/ Bristol/ Gloucestershire - Change Management
Permanent - £30,000-£35,000 + Excellent Pension and flexible benefits)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst with a business or IT/ technical focus to work for a rapidly expanding organisation within financial services. Our client is seeking a tenacious, enthusiastic and driven individuals looking to progress and develop their career with an innovative and forward thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities
You will be pivotal in supporting the businesses Senior Business Analysts and Project Managers in what is a very exciting time for growth and development for the company.
Responsibilities as a Business Analyst will include:
* Engagement of business experts to understand businesses current and future requirements (requirement gathering)
* The production of high level/ detailed requirement reports
* Production of documentation and analysis
* Organisation and running of requirement work shops
* Detailed analysis of business issues with sharp commercial/ technical skills to bridge together multiple areas of the business (IT, Business, Operations)
* Extensive planning/ facilitation / delivery of workshops combined with key stakeholder management capability to board level
* Technical knowledge advantageous but by no means limited to
Key Requirements
* Business Analysis experience within any industry- Financial Services would be an advantage.
* Hunger and drive coupled with fantastic communication skills is essential.
