PERMANENT - £40,000-£45,000 + Excellent Benfits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst with either a business or IT backgorund to work for a leading specialist organisation within financial services. Our client is seeking tenacious and driven individuals looking to progress in their career and take things to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
You will be pivotal in supporting the businesses Senior Project Managers
Responsibilities as a Business Analyst will include:
* Engagement of insurance business experts to understand businesses current and future requirements
* The production of high level/ detailed requirement reports
* Detailed analysis of business issues with sharp commercial/ technical skills to bridge together multiple areas of the business (IT, Business, Operations)
* Extensive planning/ facilitation / delivery of workshops combined with key stakeholder management capability
* focus towards operational transformation / cost-saving projects
* Excellent requirement gathering ability for major/ key programmes.
* IT or Business focus welcomed
* Insurance experience desirable but not essential
Key Requirements
* Business Analyst experience within the financial services industry -
* Experience workin within a AGILE delivery environment
* SCRUM
