UK Parking Control have an excellent opportunity for a Client Liaison – Key Accounts person to join their team in Beaconsfield.

Job Title: Client Liaison – Key Accounts

Location: Beaconsfield

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (hour for lunch) - On occasion due to client visits, hours may need to vary

The key responsibility of this role is dealing with day to day queries for clients both by telephone, written communication and in person. This is to be done whilst maintaining a high quality of customer service through communication both internally and externally using appropriate methods to ensure that superior customer service is delivered.

Client Liaison – Key Accounts - Duties and responsibilities:

- Management of client relationship

- Attend new site visits with Sales Team and attend meetings with clients nationwide

- Resolution of a high volume of email requests from clients

- Liaison with all areas of the business

- Review and where necessary cancel or reducing parking charges for clients

- Management of permit requests

- Client reporting where necessary

- Management of termination process and liaison with appeals department to assist in query resolution

- Production of client commission statements

- Resolution of queries by telephone, in writing or face to face

- Maintenance of data base and paper records and adding new sites to UKPC in house database

- Co-ordination of Site Survey reports and management of client satisfaction surveys

- Attendance at residents meetings and offer our latest services when applicable

- Co-ordination of replacement signage process

Client Liaison – Key Accounts - You will be effective at:

- Answering a high volume of emails and maintaining a rapid response rate to agreed standards

- Building relationships with new and existing clients.

- Balancing client requirements within regulatory guidelines

- Being multi skilled within the role and ensuring that were possible a one touch approach to the client is given

- Having an excellent attention to detail

- Working under pressure.

- Demonstrating strong time management.

Client Liaison – Key Accounts - Experience/knowledge/skills:

- Minimum of 2 years previous experience within a customer services environment

- Experience of organising and attending face to face meetings with high level clients

- Experience of working within a fast paced environment with a desire to exceed expectations

- Ability to communicate with all internal/external contacts and clients in a confident, professional and positive manner

- To work as part of a team and manage change whilst adopting a positive attitude if faced with challenging situations.

- Be able to deal with verbal and written instructions and competent in all Microsoft office applications

- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests or written requests

- Full driving licence required, use of pool car
