Office Administrator – HPC Compressed Air Systems Nottingham

A position has arisen in our Nottingham branch based in Blenheim, for a full time Office Administrator.

Hours of work: 8:30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with a half hour lunch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all general office administration duties, including, but not restricted to assisting with sales and service admin, communicating with customers, service engineers and other HPC offices; generating daily service invoices; chasing payments; liaison with purchasing for parts and spares.

 With previous experience in a similar role, we are looking for someone to work in a small team, who has excellent computer skills and communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.

This position may also require you to help out in our other branches from time to time.

Essential requirements:

- Previous experience in office administration 

- Computer literate

- Excellent organisational skills

- Attention to detail and clear communication

- Ability to multi task
