We are looking for two graduates to join our exciting new Graduate Development Programme and to help us to take forward our ambitious growth plans and build new homes. As our development plans grow; we will encourage you to grow – we will help you to build your skills, so you will be a valued member of our highly successful Development team. As well as a structured on the job and soft skills training programme you will be funded and supported to become RICS, RTPI or CIOB professionally qualified. You will have excellent career prospects and on successful completion of the programme there will be an opportunity for progression to the role of Development Surveyor.

You will have achieved (or be on target to achieve) a minimum 2:2 degree in land/estate/construction management, surveying or planning. You will have first-rate communication, organisational and team-working skills and a full driving licence. You must be able to demonstrate genuine passion for the role together with a commitment to on-going learning and personal development. Whilst structured learning is key, you will also have the opportunity to get stuck in and show us what you’re made of from the start. The ability to be proactive and work on your initiative is therefore crucial.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the ambitious growth strategy of Newydd.  At Newydd, our team mirror the quality and culture of our organisation and therefore a passion for excellence and a desire to make a real contribution are vital. In return for the commitment and drive you will bring to the role, you will receive a competitive salary with increments applied at key stages of your progress, and fantastic benefits to include: Flexible working hours, funding and time off to attend training and attain either RICS/RTPI/CIOB professional status, holiday entitlement starting at 25 days per annum plus 3 days off at Christmas and Bank holidays, a workplace pension scheme, membership of a healthcare cash plan and free parking.

We are committed to investing in your future as you contribute to the success of ours. So if you are looking to build a career in surveying with an ethical and friendly company, and you are as committed to delivering an exceptional service as we are, then why not apply?
