NQT Teacher

We are currently working closely with a number of fantastic Primary schools throughout Wrexham, to help them secure long term supply cover. Many of these schools are willing to support an NQT through their induction process, or to give them valuable experience in a classroom setting.

Our schools love to work with teachers who are truly passionate about their work and have a proven track record of ?Good' or better teaching. You must have that natural flair for teaching coupled with excellent motivational skills to set you in good stead for your NQT year!

For this role you must;
- have experience of teaching across Key Stages in primary schools in England or Wales
- have excellent differentiation skills to plan for individual groups
- be able to engage and inspire the children that you will be teaching
- treat every assignment as if it is a permanent role, injecting a sense of purpose into the classroom and helping the school to the best of your ability
- develop professional relationships with pupils and staff
- ensure effective classroom management in line with schools behaviour policy
