A family owned business of 40 years; we have a strong reputation for bringing a comprehensive range of reputable brands and products to market, selling to a large network of independent and national retailers.
We are a customer focussed, professional business, offering excellent service levels. Working as part of a small but busy internal sales team and in support of an external Area Manager, you will be responsible for building our business with existing and new customers, through both proactive and reactive sales calls.
As part of our exciting Business Development and Growth Strategy, a vacancy now exists for an Internal Account Executive based at our Head Office in Derby:
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic manner along with excellent communication and organisational skills in addition to a strong desire to achieve the required level of performance.
All candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest for cycling and cycling related products.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing customers by telephone.
- Identify and service customers' needs.
- Maintain good customer relations
Preferred Skills - Full training will be given to the right candidate.
- Effective communicator
- Good organisational skills
- Keen interest in and/or knowledge of cycling
- Competent IT and Administrative skills
- Account Management experience

Salary & Benefits - Basic Salary £16,000 plus monthly bonuses
Working Hours - Monday to Friday (9.00 to 17.30)
