To Apply For The Position You would need to be:

Previous Customer Service in a call centre an advantage but not essential

A positive attitude and show willingness to resolve matters

Working in a specialist department responding to calls from third parties insurers in a reasonable time frame to achieve recovery opportunities

Review cases to ensure accurate amounts are recovered

Negotiating full balances and settlements within regulatory guidelines

Salary : GBP18,000
