We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with good IT skills and sound business understanding. We need someone who is willing to learn and develop new skills swiftly in a professional, fun, business environment.

This role would be suited to someone who has some IT knowledge looking to start or develop their career by joining a growing team who have exciting plans for future development.

The Profiling Labs specialise in business to business marketing services, helping companies increase their customer base and expand their existing business. We work with our clients to build and execute programs across many specialist markets, at all levels, from local to global.

This Role:

As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for searching for company data that suit the requirements of the given project. This data will then be added into our database and passed on to the project manger.

This role will include:

  • Working closely with in house project managers to discuss current projects and define relevant companies and contacts.
  • Researching companies and their products to qualify their suitability against project parameters.
  • The input of targeted company data into our database.
  • Ensuring campaigns are running smoothly, making adjustments to data where required.
  • Assist in other aspects of the business, bringing new ideas to the table, suggesting how processes could be improved.

Who we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role you will need good IT skills, being quick at reading, typing and navigating around a computer is preferred. We are looking for candidates with a positive work ethic who are eager to learn new skills and develop their career with the opportunity to advance into senior roles as the company grows.

Technical skills:

  • You will need to have good IT skills.
  • Knowledge of using the internet as a research tool.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of software such as Office Suites (Excel etc), CRM Platforms & email clients is preferred.
