Business Analyst - Gloucester/ Bristol / Cheltenham - 12 Month FTC - Insurance / Financial Services
12 Month FTC - £38,000-£45,000 + Excellent Benfits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst with either a business or IT backgorund to work for a leading specialist insurer. Our client is seeking tenacious and driven individuals looking to progress in their career and take things to the next level. This position is initially for a 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity for it to move to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
You will be pivotal in supporting the businesses Senior Project Managers, working in tandem with their multinational insurance client.
Responsibilities as a Business Analyst will include:
* Engagement of insurance business experts to understand businesses current and future requirements
* The production of high level/ detailed requirement reports
* Detailed analysis of business issues with sharp commercial/ technical skills to bridge together multiple areas of the business (IT, Business, Operations)
* Extensive planning/ facilitation / delivery of workshops combined with key stakeholder management capability
* Excellent requirement gathering ability for major/ key programmes.
* IT or Business focus welcomed
* Insurance experience desirable but not essential
Key Requirements
* Business Analyst experience within the financial services industry - Insurance industry is advantageous but not limited.
