The Connells Group are expanding and have Telesales Negotiator positions at our new offices in Dunstable with basic salary, an extensive, uncapped commission package and great career prospects available now!
The job role is telephoning customers who have properties on the market and to book valuation appointments for our 560+ branches. Full training is provided and an excellent remuneration package is offered with "out of this world" incentives.
The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate:
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Outgoing personality with an appreciation of hard work and achieving results
- Eagerness to learn
- Aptitude for building rapport and talking to people
- A liking for sales with a competitive nature
- Goal driven with a determination to exceed targets
- Knowledge of the property market would be an advantage but not essential
