Claims Handler required for well-established company
9 month fixed term contract with good potential for a permanent opportunity.
Role offering training support, pro-rated salary increase upon completion of probation and excellent benefits.
Salary increase on completion of training.
Salary: GBP17682 per annum pro rata as this is a 9 month fixed term contract.
Hours: Full time Mon-Friday
Location: Cirencester
Skills & experience: Office based customer services essential, experience of working to strict deadline and targets essential, ability to remain calm and composed and empathetic.
Financial Services or Insurance experience desirable
Qualifications: Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade B or above or equivalent including Maths and English
The Claims Handler will work as part of a busy team, and will progress to handle a caseload of claims and enquiries in a sensitive, confidential and professional manner.
To be successful in the role the Trainee Claims Handler will have the ability to remain calm and composed when communicating, will be comfortable managing a caseload and will be proficient in MS Office specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
