Recruitment Advisor - Up to GBP25,000pa - Taunton
GBP22,000- GBP25,000pa, depending on experience
Full time- Monday- Friday, 37 hours
20days plus bank holidays
A recruitment Advisor is required for a national healthcare provider on a full time, permanent basis. You will be based in Taunton, with travel required, to effectively source suitable candidates to for the business through varying channels. This role requires and excellent communicator and hard working individual to work within the HR Team.
Recruitment Advisor Responsibilities:
* Developing recruitment plans to meet the needs of the business
* Work with the Hiring managers to fully understand their requirements
* Ensure strong communication with all members of the recruitment process
* Providing advice on recruitment practice and methods to Hiring Managers and ensuring their compliance with guidelines
* Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates through various recruitment channels
* Devising new and innovative recruitment methods
* Monthly reports to the Deputy Recruitment Manager detailing current activity and data analysis
* Any other duties as required
Recruitment Advisor Requirements:
* Previous experience in recruitment
* Background with the healthcare sector would be an advantage
* Full Driving License is essential
