They are currently looking for a full time supervisor for their busy & vibrant catering department. If you're looking for a new supervisory challenge or looking to gain more experience this could be for you.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the smooth running of the Café bar and other service areas. This will involve opening & closing of the service areas, checking and receiving deliveries, checking & issuing cash floats for the tills, cashing up & completing relevant records as required
- Directing, informing & working with food & beverage staff in their duties for the shift
- To provide a high level of customer service at all times
- To assist in all areas of the Food & Beverage operation
- To work on the service counters & in service areas as required serving customers to approved standards
- To ensure catering arrangements are scheduled & managed daily for conferences and meetings booked by the Event Sales Department
- To ensure all food & beverages on sale & display are to the correct standard & attractively presented at all times
- To keep all working & service areas fully prepared throughout the day & fully stocked, accordingly keeping all customer areas clean & tidy & in a state of readiness at all times
- To operate the till correctly, to handle cash, cheques , credit cards etc. to provide the required service
- To cash up at the end of each shift, investigate & report any problems and/or variances to the Head of Catering & Hospitality
- To develop a sound knowledge & understanding of the products & services within the food & beverage arena
- To adhere to opening & closing and shift changeover procedures in each working area & report any problems to a line manager
