Position: Customer Sales Advisor
Location: West London
Salary: £17784 Per Annum

Description
Main responsibilities:
Ensure that all customers/potential customers are greeted in a friendly professional manner both face-to-face and on the telephone;
Maximise all sales opportunities by qualifying customer/potential customer needs and presenting features and benefits of the facility as they apply to each customer’s needs;
Maintain high level of customer service by sustaining a service culture where the customer is the priority and monitoring customer satisfaction levels;
Assist the Store Manager / Duty Manager in all aspects of daily works including: marketing, credit control, stock management, maximising revenue, merchandising and maintaining high standards throughout the store;
Maintain effective administration of the store so that company systems, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times;
Ensure the Store is maintained to the highest standards at all times, to include general cleaning and maintenance;
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for both staff and customers.
Principle terms:
Working primarily at Uxbridge but will be required to work at any other store to meet business needs;
Working a day shift pattern to cover the opening hours of the store to include some weekend and bank holiday working;
36 hours per week;
Starting salary £17,784 (£9.50 per hour);
Great bonus scheme;
28 days holiday, which includes Bank Holiday’s;

Excellent telephone manner
Some experience in sales is desirable
Hands-on approach essential (working in a small team, so some general cleaning/maintenance required)
Ability to multi-task
IT skills (including Word and Excel)
Able to work on own initiative
Process driven, and attention to detail
Ability to work without supervision is desirable
