Service Advisor

This long established dealer group are looking for a Service Advisor to join their team in Northampton. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right individual to build themselves a fantastic career in one of the UK's most successful Dealer Groups.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service throughout the whole service experience. This will range from making bookings, to seeing customers vehicles in, updating customers on progress throughout the day and then handing the vehicle back with a full explanation of the work carried out.

The applicants will be hard working, self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team. You will need to be of smart appearance and have a friendly personality with good attention to detail and a desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. A good telephone manner is essential.
