Senior Project Manager
(Agile working)
Job Purpose:
Working within the Business Change Team to deliver a key large scale Claims tranformation Project, through the full project lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
* High value budget responsibility
* Manage multiple Business focussed projects simultaneously
* Manage multiple senior Stakeholders across different businesses areas
* Manage the full end to end project delivery lifecycle.
* Actively manage project risks, issues and dependencies
* Matrix manage resources assigned to projects
* Manage up to 3 direct reports
* Direct the activities of third party providers ensuring delivery to time, quality and budget
* Fully understand and plan for the business impact of change
Ensure that all Business and IT operational areas are ready to accept the change
Experience
* Demonstrable experience of managing the delivery of complex Business and IT change
* Must have a background within Insurance with Claims being a distinct advantage
* Proven understanding of Project Management techniques in an agile environment
* Solid experience of all stages of the project delivery and software development lifecycle
* Experience of engaging and managing third parties
* Line Management
* Excellent Supplier and Stakeholder Management skills
