Smart GP Office is the brand name of Ingenisoft, a leading provider of financial and payroll systems to the NHS.

Due to expansion, we are seeking a Support Administrator to help support our growing business.

Main responsibilities include

  • Providing users with technical support when running payroll
  • General administrative, office and business support duties
  • Deputise for the manager

A salary for the right candidate will be offered in the region of £18,000 to £19,500 plus Bonus

  • Based in Central Manchester.
  • Normal hours are 9 to 5, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • Full training will be given
  • A work place pension exists
  • 20 days per calendar year holiday

We are looking for a positive person, who wants to “get on” and do things - deliver for our customers and the company - and who can see the potential to grow within a company that is expanding. Payroll experience an advantage but not essential. Top notch customer service skills required.
