Our Client, a Volume Car Dealership in the Weston Super Mare area is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor or customer service professional to enhance their career with growing company that offers high rewards for hard work and great long term career prospects.
Previous experience as a service advisor with a main dealer background is preferred although candidates from customer service or sales advisor roles will be considered.
In this role you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service to all customers ensuring every business opportunity is maximised, you must be efficient in maintaining the high standards of the department and ensure all work is completed in line with dealer standards. You must also look to maximise the departments profitability through sale of dealer products, upselling and look to turn new business into long term customers.
Key duties of the role are as follows:
- Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
- Inform customers of progress on their vehicles
- Advice customers on any issues they may be experiencing
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Work well to achieve set targets and personal goals
