My Client, a Main Car Dealer in Bath is now recruiting for a personable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join its business.
The ideal candidate will have Main Dealer experience working in this role and be very customer service driven. However, if you feel you give the ultimate customer experience on every occasion - please get in touch!
You will be responsible for:
Booking customers' vehicles in for Service, MOT or repair
Advising on any work required along with any additional costs
Arranging collection/delivery of cars and providing courtesy cars where necessary
Invoicing and taking payments
