We now have an opportunity for a Working Foreman/Supervisor to join us to cover Edinburgh and Fife.

Within this role, you will supervise and manage on a day to day basis the operation of a Repairs and Maintenance contract. You will also be responsible for a team of Operatives and Sub Contractors.

You will act as leader and focal point in respective team(s) and ensure effective completion of works, and will co-ordinate the allocation of work with the support of the Managers to the team of Operatives and Sub Contractors as well as liaising with Customer Service and Clerical Support team members.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have experience of working in Social Housing coupled with experience of supervising Operatives and Sub Contractors.  With a Trade City & Guilds qualification, you should also have knowledge of Housing repairs and improvements, measured term contracts and schedule of rates.  Experience of managing H&S in the working environment is also important.

Candidates for this role will hold a full UK driving licence
