We currently have exciting opportunities for three Joiners to join our teams based in Edinburgh and Fife. Within the role, you will undertake all aspects of joinery work such as general repairs, maintenance, Voids and refurbishment.

Reading and taking information from job outline tickets, you will be responsible for measuring up to provide specifications for fittings such as doors and cupboards. Assembling joinery, you will carry out all stages of ‘fix’ joinery. In addition to undertaking all stages of ‘fix’ joinery, you will be responsible for the post final fix such as fencing and all outside works alongside repairing or/replacing windows frames/ internal/external doors/ kitchen units and re-glazing as and when required. Candidates for this position will obtain customer feedback on completion of works and assisting other trades as necessary.

With previous experience of working in the Building Construction/ Maintenance environment and void properties, you will be qualified to City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. The successful Joiner will have the ability to understand and interpret work instructions, drawings/schematic drawings and ideally have experience in fitting kitchens and bathrooms. An excellent communicator, you will be well organised with a strong customer focus. Above all, we are looking for a motivated individual who has the drive to succeed and meet the needs of our business.

 

Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence for this position
