If so, this is the role for you. Randstad are working exclusivity with a secondary PRU in Central Oldham located just off Ripponden Road.
The individual will support in the school by modelling excellent behaviour and attitude. The individual will develop the pupil's attainment and achievement in a nurturing supportive environment. This will push the pupils to develop there skills and push them towards further education or training provider that best meets their needs with more confidence and positivity.
- Be experienced working with students with a range of needs, such as challenging behaviour
- Have a flexible and patient approach when working with young people
- Build and develop positive relationships with both school staff and students
- Strong behaviour management, with a calm but firm attitude
