Retail Store Manager (Menswear) - West Orchards Shopping Centre
Competitive salary depending on experience
Our client is a leading Menswear Retailer and they are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join their team at their store based within the West Orchards Shopping Centre, Coventry.
The successful applicant must have managerial experience in Menswear / Fashion as duties will include managing the store, with the help of the Assistant Manager manage the team to include sales and service, merchandising stock and presentation, plus use of till and card machine. You will be given training on all of our client’s stock, which will give you more confidence in selling their products to potential customers. However managerial experience in retail in Menswear / Fashion is essential together with good merchandising skills.
Hours of work will be in a varied shift pattern, between store opening hours Mon – Sat 9am–5:30pm and Sun 10am–4:30pm (All of which would be advised by an advanced rota). More hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages eg: covering holidays and busy periods.
