LTK Consultants has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team based in Solihull. You will be on a part time permanent contract, with a salary of £7.69 per hour.
Job Role as our Customer Service Advisor
- To be an ambassador for LTK at all times on the client premises or dealer locations
- To make outbound calls to all customers to validate customer satisfaction
- Facilitating resolutions between the customer and relevant dealership, as directed by the customer
- Taking accurate messages and ensuring delivery and conclusion
- To deliver as exceptional and prompt experience to all of our customers

- Ability to work well under pressure and remain professional at all times
Desirable requirements
- Previous experience of working in customer complaints or a contact centre
