Web Developer (C#, ASP.NET) – Hereford - £35,000-£40,000

My client work within the Payment Card industry and are at the forefront of technology. Due to continued growth we are looking to bring on a Web Developer (C#, ASP.NET) to help design and develop the industry-leading business features within their software. Work on Web development projects in a largely Agile environment, the Web Developer (C#, ASP.NET) will be developing largely back-end systems but knowledge of front-end technology is a big benefit too.

Working on their own Cloud platform running in AWS infrastructure the successful Developer will be working with the latest technologies and playing a key role in the growth and development of their global products.

As the successful Web Developer (C#, ASP.NET) you should have experience of the following:

• Previous experience as a back-end Web Developer
• Development experience across Microsoft stack with solid C#, ASP.NET on either MVC or Webforms frameworks
• Strong design patterns knowledge
• Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices such as Continuous Integration and TDD
• Practical knowledge of securing Web applications and performance tuning.
