Automotive Service Advisor - Main Dealer - Fantastic Brand
Weston-super-Mare
Basic DOE GBP21,000 +, Lucrative Bonus Scheme, Overtime
8am-6pm Mon-Fri, 1 Sat morning per month
Extensive dealer and manufacturer training
My client, a well-established volume main dealer in Weston-super-Mare, is looking for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy aftersales department. Whilst main dealer experience is not necessary, motor trade experience is essential.
Your role will be to ensure that customers are called in advance of their visit and on arrival you will take them through all the necessary paperwork, ensuring that all the technical terms are explained clearly. After this, your role will be to set expectations with the customer and keep them updated throughout the repair of their vehicle. When the work is complete you will be responsible for taking payment and selling any additional products that may be of benefit to the customer which can include retention products. My client is looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. Effective time management and organisational skills are needed to ensure that bookings and servicing are carried out efficiently. The successful candidate will have a desire to take control of their own earning potential with the ability to sell additional products and services to our customers.
