Your main duties will involve processing all incoming and outgoing correspondence for their clients insurance policies. These duties include checking received correspondence is complete, chasing any outstanding documents and sending out policy certificates, along with dealing with Insurance Company paperwork and memos. You'll also process internal diaries, policy payments and occasionally deal with clients in the Visitors' Room. You will also be required to use the telephone. Predominantly, this will involve making outgoing calls.
Successful candidates will receive full training on their range of products, how best to meet their customers requirements and how to use the computer system. Previous administrative experience is not required, but successful applicants must be proactive, efficient and highly self-motivated.

Normal working hours:
Winter Months
9am - 5pm
Saturdays 9am - 1pm or 9am - 4pm
Summer Months
9am - 6pm
Saturdays 9am - 1pm or 9am - 4pm
Saturdays are worked on a monthly rota system where you might work every other Saturday or less
