This award winning, professional, dynamic, Cambridge-based company are looking for an administrator to join their legal department.

This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone who is looking to build their career with support from the company to gain further qualifications.

The Company:

This Estate Management company specialise in the ongoing management of large residential developments. Based in Cambridge and with an office in Nottingham, they work across East Anglia, London, the South West, Home Counties and East Midlands. They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence and customer service and they never lose sight of their original aim - to manage property as though they live there.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reply to Enquiries (RTEs) - Produce standard leasehold reply to enquiry (RTE) information packs for the portfolio of managed estates and review and update where necessary.

- Generate and assist with invoicing for solicitor's enquiries and Land Registry requests.

2. Customer Service & General Administration

- Provide front line communication (telephone, email and written correspondence) with solicitors, lessees, estate agents and financial advisors.
- Use and update the property management software system.
- Order Land Registry documents via the on-line ordering system.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is processed, scanned, tagged within Qube and filed as dictated by the Company.
- Assist with mail merging, letters and mass mailings to residents, tenants and lessees.
- Ensure the general office environment is maintained as directed by the Operations Director and Legal Officer.

3. Sub-letting

- Administration of the notices and consent for sub-letting as per the sub-letting process.

Skills & Experience Required:

- No previous legal experience is required
- 1+ years of general administrative or office working experience is essential.
- A good standard of education is essential.
